  • Strong supporter of Little League and youth sports
  • Volunteer in Rotary International for 27 years; former president of local chapter
  • Elk Township Planning Board member for 9 years

 

Patrick “Spanky” Spring

  • Married to wife Mary with daughters Kerri and Rachel and stepson Steven
  • Current Deputy Chief/Past Chief of Ferrell Fire Department
  • Firefighter for 30 years, retired as District Chief
  • Executive Director, New Jersey State Fire Marshal's Office & Homeland Security/Salem County Emergency Services
  • Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for 20 years
  • Established Autism Awareness for first responders
  • Past member of Planning Board

 

As your Township Committee Representatives, Sam & Spanky promise to:
